A newly acquired 3 hectare Land in Sta Cruz Laguna will start development on January 2008. It has a total of 340 housing units in total. Housing models will be mostly the low cost housing type, being LRDC’s response to the market demand in the area.

LRDC plans to develop more housing projects in various areas of Southern Luzon in the near future, an eight hectare housing project in Calamba will also begin on the first quarter of 2008. The project will have a capacity of approximately 1,000 housing units. By the end of the year 2008, LRDC aims to start another 1,000 housing unit project in the area of Sta. Rosa Laguna.
