Lynville Realty & Development Corporation is a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the Philippines. It is engaged in the development and construction of low cost to mid-range housing projects under the Government’s National Shelter Program.

The company was founded with a vision that recognizes the evident need among the average-earning Filipino families to fulfill their dream of having an ideal home of their own. LRDC aspires to help that dream come true; to build beautiful, affordable and top quality housing in an ideal community for its clients.

The company is in the process of developing Lynville Homes Phase 1, 2 & 3 which is located in Bagumbayan, Sta Cruz Laguna, which has a total land area of almost 8 hectares. Its main road is 10 meters wide and it has also 2 beautiful clubhouse and relaxing parks. It has 830 housing units in total. The company aims to produce the best house & lot package of its kind in the market; it should be easily acquired through the help of PagIBIG funds.



FUTURE PROJECTS

A newly acquired 8.8 hectare Land in Cabuyao Laguna will start development on May 2009. It has a total of 900 housing units being LRDC’s response to the market demand in the area.

LRDC plans to develop more housing projects in various areas of Southern Luzon in the near future, a four hectare housing project in Bay Laguna also begin in the last quarter of 2009. The project will have a capacity of approximately 400 housing units. By the end of the year 2009, LRDC aims to start another 1,000 housing unit project in the area Sto Thomas Batangas.
