Lynville Realty & Development Corporation is a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the Philippines. It is engaged in the development and construction of socialized and low cost housing projects under the Government’s National Shelter Program.

The company just completed the development of Lynville Homes Ph1, 2 & 3 which is located in Bagumbayan, Sta Cruz Laguna, which has a total land area of 8.5 hectares. Its main road is 10 meters wide and it has also 2 beautiful clubhouse and a relaxing park. It has 830 housing units with high-quality standard. The company aims to produce the best house & lot package of its kind in the market; it should be easily acquired through the help of PagIBIG funds.



FUTURE PROJECTS

A newly acquired 4.2 hectare Land in Cabuyao and 3 hectare land in San Pablo Laguna will start development middle of this year 2011. It has a combined total of 740 housing units in total. Housing models will be mostly Row Houses, Duplex and Single Detached units with a price range of Php600,000 to Php1,200,000 being LRDC’s response to the market demand in the mentioned areas.

LRDC plans to develop more housing projects in various areas of Southern Luzon in the near future, areas being targeted are Calamba, Alaminos Laguna and Sto Thomas Batangas.
