Lynville Realty & Development Corporation is a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the Philippines. It is engaged in the development and construction of low cost to mid-range housing projects under the Government’s National Shelter Program.

The company is in the process of developing Lynville Homes Phase 1, 2 & 3 which is located in Bagumbayan, Sta Cruz Laguna, which has a total land area of more than 8 hectares. Its main road is 10 meters wide and it has also 2 beautiful clubhouse and relaxing parks. It has 830 housing units in total. The company aims to produce the best house & lot package of its kind in the market; it should be easily acquired through the help of PagIBIG funds.



FUTURE PROJECTS

A newly acquired 4.5 hectare Land in Cabuyao Laguna and a 5 hectare land in San Pablo City will start development on 2010. It has a total of 1,100 housing units combined being LRDC’s response to the market demand in the area.
